Not sure where to host your event during these colder months? Ask us!
We bring our curated mobile art and play experiences directly to you. We can pop open our vintage VW Vanagon studio on site, or transform your classroom, home, or event space into a temporary creative sanctuary.
We offer low-stimulus, tactile activities that remain open-ended and follow each child’s pace. Instead of directing a “perfect” project, we guide children with invitations to explore materials without the pressure of fixed outcomes.
From birthday parties to school workshops, we remove barriers to creative expression and help children build confidence and a sense of accomplishment through making.
We offer mobile birthday parties for kids, “kid zones” for large group events, in-school and after-school programming, workshops and camps, seasonal event parties and more!
Van-Go birthday parties are hands-on creative celebrations designed for kids ages 1–12. We bring three guided stations — art, sensory or science, and play — led by instructors who manage flow and transitions.
Families choose from six adaptable themes, and kids create at their own pace without screens or pressure.
Let us host the “Kid Zone” at your community event, corporate family fun day, community fundraiser, or any other event where children are present.
We offer regular in-school and after-school programming, one time pop up workshops, and “Schools Out” camps.
Besides birthdays, let us help celebrate your milestone and seasonal events, as well as support your special family events.
Think end of school parties, preschool graduation, summer block parties, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, family reunions, dinner parties, and more! If the kids are there, we can be there too!
When you trust Van-Go with your party or other event, we make sure all participants have had the opportunity to create, build, and connect!
“Van-Go helped us celebrate my daughter’s fifth birthday and she and her friends had an awesome time. Kelly and her two assistants were so engaging with the kids, they handled set-up and clean-up, and led fun activities. My daughter can’t wait to for another party with Van-Go.”
“Working with the team behind the sensory art and play classes has been an absolute joy! Their organization is top-notch, and it’s clear how much care and intention goes into creating each class.
Most importantly, everything they do is FUN! The sessions are full of creativity, color, and meaningful engagement for kids of all abilities. Now that they’ll be officially *on wheels*, it’s even more exciting — we’re able to reach more families and communities than ever before…”
“We had my son’s 3rd birthday at our house with Van-Go Wagon Co. and it was amazing! So much fun to see the kiddos dive right into the activities, and Rachel & Kelly were awesome to work with. They know EXACTLY what they’re doing when it comes to play, crafts, and entertainment for kids of all ages and it shows. Planning with them was fun and easy, and the van is so cool. A great statement piece!”
Van-Go Wagon Co. is pure magic. We’ve had two experiences with them now — one at a festival and another at an indoor storytime, art, and play event — and both were incredible…”
“The activities are beautifully designed, age-appropriate, and genuinely engaging. I also deeply love their mission to give back to the community by making play accessible to all families. My son was completely captivated by the art and play experiences and didn’t want to leave either time…”
“After attending Van Go Wagon Co’s holiday event this year, we couldn’t be more impressed! Kelly and Rachel were professional and welcoming. Our kids- of varying ages- were entertained with activities and given opportunities to create, pretend, and play. We also got to take pictures with a professional photographer that we can treasure for a lifetime! We can’t wait to participate in more events with such a fun, professional, and creative company!”
While having fun is #1, there is more to a Van-Go experience that sets it apart.
Little hands are engaged and ideas come to life. Children get to experiment with different materials and processes for making something new.
Open-ended art and sensory stations tap into imagination, build fine motor skills, and learn tools for emotional regulation.
Quiet kids, energetic kids, cautious kids, bold kids. Each child is invited to participate in a way that feels right to them.
Through the carefully curated activities, each child leaves having had the opportunity to create, build, and connect, which will stay with them forever.
Sessions are guided by educators and community builders who understand group dynamics and child development.
Kids stay engaged with materials, movement, and imagination rather than devices or passive entertainment.
We bring the supplies and set up, manage the flow of activities, and handle cleanup so the grown ups can be present too.
A portion of every paid booking supports other children's access to meaningful art and play experiences in the community. Learn more about our Give Back Mission here.
